Iledare Oluwajuwonlo with the stage name as Jaywon, is an award winning Nigerian singer and songwriter born on June 6, 1986.
He was born and raised in Kogi State where he is originally from.
Attened ECWA primary school and Government secondary, all in Kogi for his primary and secondary education.
He also obtained a Diploma in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic, Bida, Niger State.
Jaywon music career began after he moved down to Lagos in 2004 and within a year, he already boast of collaborations from the likes of 2face, Sound Sultan, W4, Slizzy E and so on.
Jyawon got an opportunity to perform at the packed Kennis Music Easter Fiesta in 2009..
His performance had caught the attention of the organizers and that got him a record deal with Kennis Music which marked the beginning of his success in the Nigerian music industry.
Jaywon came to limelight with his hit single “File Be” under Kennis Music and was immediately followed up with another smash hit single titled “Odun Yi” in 2012.
The talented singer soon launched his own imprint named “Next World Music” in 2013 after he left Kennis Msuic.
He served his fans another undiluted exciting new vibe which was a remix to “Madantin” in 2014 as he enlist the talent of Phyno, Olamide and May D..
He released his album “Oba Orin” which was a success and the proceeds from the album was given to Orphanage.
He has also released other songs which include: Banuso, Gbongbon, My Way, Gbadun, Saro, Aje, Jolly Muke, Irin Ajo Ife, Tana Wole and many others.
He has won numerous awards such as; The Headies Awards for Recording of the Year (2013), Tush Awards for Special Recognition (2016), NEA Awards for Best New Artist (2009) and many others.
