Burna Boy Talks Current Stages Of The #EndSARS Movement on Sky News
Nigerian megastar, Burna Boy had an interview with Sky News where he talked about the current stage of the EndSARS movement.
The self-acclaimed African giant was spotted in an interview with Sky News where he discussed the current stages of the EndSARS movement and he expressed what he believes to be the most important moment in Nigeria's history. According to him:
This is the most important moment in Nigeria's history. The most by far, the most important moment in Nigeria's history, that's what we're witnessing right now. Because if nothing changes after this, if this doesn't work then it's over. The youth have come together like something unexplainable, something that no one man could have possibly organized or led. The largest black nation in the world came together and said enough is enough and this was triggered by police brutality. It's not like it was triggered by all the other things that it could have been triggered by.
Burna Boy further expressed how the government is trying to discredit the good intentions of the movement by sending paying thugs to disguise as protesters. In his words:
A peaceful protest started, no leader, no politics involved, you feel the truth in the movement. They sent thugs, you know it is easy to pay dumb people to do whatever, you understand? So they have done that and they are putting it on the guise of protesters but no these people are government thugs, do you understand? So they have done that to give the government a bad name, a wrong image to justify the evil that they were planning to do.
