Nigerian filmmaker, Imoh Umoren has reacted to a claim by a Twitter user about being born in Africa.

The Twitter user had claimed in his tweet that being born in Africa is a disadvantage. He went on to list various challenges one has to overcome to "equalize".

Reacting to this, Umoren stated that the claim is not entirely true as life happens no matter the country one lives in.

He also urged everyone to travel far and wide and not just to fancy places, because poverty abounds everywhere.
