What Exactly Killed My Father, Rema Ask Pdp

Young Nigerian musician, Divine Ikubor who is known as Rema has asked the  People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to explain exactly what killed his father, Justice Ikubor.

It could be recalled that the late father of the musician was a high-ranking member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Edo State.

He was also the General Manager of the state-owned Ethiope Publishing Company and circumstances of his death are sketchy after found dead in a room at Bins Hotel in Benin City in 2008.

His son has gone on rampage as he took to his Twitter handle to asked the party to come clean on what killed his father.

He tweeted: “PDP y’all need to explain what happened to my Father in that Hotel room. Justice Ikubor’s son has risen. “I saw the bag of money, 2008. Life was rough when I lost him. When I come to Benin, I’m gonna visit the houses of the names I still remember, peacefully.”

speaking further he also called out Gov Godwin Obaseki, stating

“Gov. Obaseki, Governor of Edo state. Your victory party was the last place I performed as an upcoming artist, After you won the election 4 years ago. This is 4 years later, you won the election again and I’m a star now. You’re the only one that can call me back HOME.”
